With over 25 years of professional performing and recording experience, Kurt is among the most established and successful drummers in the Pacific Northwest.

An experienced bandleader and side-man, Kurt enjoys working in a number of diverse musical situations with some of the best musicians the region has to offer.

In addition to the public performances you see listed at your left, Kurt also performs regularly at numerous private functions and events.

The Kurt Deutscher Trio, with Dave Captein – acoustic bass and Bill Beach – piano, is a popular addition to private and corporate parties, receptions, and formal dinners.

Kurt is also an authorized agent for a number of professional musical groups that perform in the Portland Metro area and regionally. Weather you are looking for a jazz trio, a 12-piece 70s dance-band, a 5-piece variety band, a vocal jazz group with rhythm section or even a 20 piece big-band, you are encouraged to inquire about music for your upcoming event.

   •  Weekdays/nights: $85 plus $25 per hour
   •  Weekends: $85 plus $50 per hour
Recording: $100 per day plus $25 per hour
Rehearsals/Planning Meetings: $25 per hour
